Terms of Service

  1. LuxeLife Adventures ("LLA) agrees to create a custom experience for the Shaneka Friend Group traveling to Thailand from August 3-10, 2018.

  2. LLA agrees to assist with researching and booking accommodations for the group as needed.

  3. LLA agrees to negotiate the lowest possible cost for all group activities. 

  4. LLA agrees to pre-book any activities for the group that are recommended/required to do so in advance with client's preferred payment methods.

  5. LLA agrees to assist in booking transportation as needed and as required for any of the group travel around Los Angeles to activities/excursions booked thru LLA.

  6. LLA agrees to assist in booking local guides as necessary and required for any group tours.

  7. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at time of booking. Payment plans to be set based on lodging and vendor activities.

  8. Deposits are non-refundable. If trip is cancelled prior to 180 days of the trip, 100% of monies paid to LLA minus deposit will be returned. If trip is cancelled with 90-179 days of trip, 75% of monies paid to LLA will be returned. If trip is cancelled within 90 days of trip, 50% of monies paid will be returned. Note: Cancellations for accommodations and vendors will need to fall within their guidelines.

  2. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

  3. When you are re-directed to the payment form, enter the amount due of $150.00 to reflect the deposit amount.

  4. All invoices include a 3% service fee.

  5. All declined payments or returned payments are subject to a $25 returned item/declined fee.

  6. You will receive an email to notify you that your payment was received successfully.
